SFi is honoured to have contributed to the Financial Services Development Council’s latest report, “The Role of Finance in Addressing Sustainable Development,” which highlights how Hong Kong can leverage its position as a leading international financial centre to mobilise capital for a more resilient, inclusive and low‑carbon future.

SFi’s inclusion in this flagship publication highlights the growing role of private capital in supporting Hong Kong’s evolution into a leading green and sustainable finance hub. The report underscores how platforms like SFi can complement policy, market innovation and capacity‑building efforts to accelerate transition finance, impact investing and cross‑border capital flows into climate and sustainable development solutions across the Greater Bay Area and wider Asia.

We look forward to deepening our collaboration with the FSDC and ecosystem partners to unlock more private capital for positive impact and to strengthen Hong Kong’s position as a regional hub for sustainable and impact investing.
